4. Rotational Molding Process

1. Mould Preparation – Aluminum mold assembled with vents and flanges.

2. Loading Material – PE powder added to mold cavity.

3. Heating and Rotation – Mold heated in oven while rotating biaxially.

4. Cooling and Demolding – Part solidifies, mold opened, finished guardrail removed.
