4. Rotational Molding Process

Mould Preparation – Aluminum mold assembled with vents and flanges.
Loading Material – PE powder added to mold cavity.
Heating and Rotation – Mold heated in oven while rotating biaxially.
Cooling and Demolding – Part solidifies, mold opened, finished guardrail removed.
