Product Description

This custom rotational mold is CNC-machined from aluminum A356, delivering 10000 times mold life for long-term production economy. The high-precision mold cavity ensures consistent wall thickness and smooth surface finish of every rotomolded part.

Rotational molding, also called roto mould or rotomolding, is used for hollow and large scale parts with single wall or double wall construction. Our molds come welded to frames for insertion into ovens, ready for immediate production.

We provide cast or machined aluminum rotomolds manufactured to meet production, budget and time requirements. Along with in-house mold manufacturing and tooling, we also handle mold repairs and modifications.
